To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original conditionโ€”unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. If the umbrella has been used or damaged, it may not be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping

Refund Process

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an umbrella for a different style, size, or color, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

Non-Returnable Items
